Happy Monday! Each week, your inbox will be filled with a dose of financial independence blog posts, podcasts, news and events from Australia and beyond. (Check out previous editions here).
I’m Michelle, a mid-30s Australian on the path to financial independence. I blog about my journey at FrugalityandFreedom.com, with themes of budget travel, semi-retirement, frugal hacks, minimalism, and sustainability.
Oops! This week’s enews is coming to you late, as I lost Monday entirely when flying across the international dateline after FinCon19. *shakes fist* My Sunday evening departure from Washington DC became a Tuesday morning arrival back home… then I went straight to work! No rest for the wicked (yet).
I can’t wait to tell you all my experience at FinCon, after I’ve gathered my thoughts and caught up on sleep! I was thrilled to meet many of the fabulous 2000+ finance media creators and to catchup with blogger friends made during my recent USA mini-retirement. I learned a bunch during panels and sessions to help improve how I get the financial independence message to you and the Australian community. Stay tuned for the recap post soon.
